At Top Shelf Animals, we take pride in providing healthy, high-quality African Cichlids and premium aquatic supplies. Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Livestock and Supplies
We do not accept returns on any livestock or supplies once they have been purchased. It is the buyer's responsibility to care for the animals and products after purchase.
If you find that you are no longer able to care for your livestock, we strongly encourage you to seek responsible rehoming options. Please do not release any purchased animals into the wild, as this can be harmful to local ecosystems. We recommend contacting your local fish store or aquarium club to find a suitable new home for your fish.
Damaged Supplies
If you receive any supplies that are damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at TopShelfAnimals@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Whether it's a replacement, a refund, or another solution, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and making things right.
